March is proving to be a huge month with a Wedding, several Birthdays and Business functions needing cakes.
I have attached pictures of one of our 21st cakes this month. It features an X Large Cupcake made from Dark Chocolate mudcake, vanilla buttercream and decorated in fondant. The cupcake stand ( which is available for hire ) was filled with an assortment of flavoured cupcakes. Mango, Orange, Peppermint and Banana. They were decorated with lollies, mint sticks and edible images. The edible images were placed onto chocolate discs.
We love using edible images as they add a personal touch to the cake and are a great talking point for the Host and their guests.
